These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the BlockMaster mobile application ("App") operated by MTS Apps LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
BlockMaster is a mobile puzzle game where players match blocks as quickly as possible. The App includes a time trial mode with a public leaderboard.
Leaderboard rankings may be reset, modified, or removed at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
By submitting a name to the leaderboard, you agree that:
We reserve the right to remove or modify any leaderboard entry.
The App uses third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob. These services may use device identifiers and similar technologies to provide ads.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or services.

All content, design, and code are owned by MTS Apps LLC and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse any part without permission.
This App may be distributed through platforms such as Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms may have their own terms.
MTS Apps LLC is solely responsible for the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTS Apps LLC is not liable for damages resulting from use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
