SUDU Privacy Policy

MTS Apps LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the SUDU mobile application (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the App.

1. Information We Collect

SUDU is designed to collect minimal information. The only information stored by the App is:

• A name or initials entered by the player for the leaderboard
• The associated game stars or progress

This information is used solely to display the leaderboard within the App. Users should not submit personal information when entering a leaderboard name.

2. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App displays advertisements through Google advertising services such as Google AdSense or Google AdMob. These services may collect information automatically, including:

• Device identifiers
• Advertising IDs
• IP address
• Device information
• Approximate location
• Ad interaction data

This information may be used to:

• Deliver advertisements
• Measure ad performance
• Prevent fraud
• Improve advertising services

MTS Apps LLC does not directly control how these third-party services collect or use this data. For more information, please review the applicable third-party privacy policies.

3. Purchases

The App may offer a one-time purchase to remove ads. Payment information is handled by the applicable app store. MTS Apps LLC does not directly collect payment card information.

4. Leaderboard Data

Leaderboard entries consist only of:

• Player-submitted name or initials
• Game stars or progress

Leaderboard entries may be publicly visible to other players. Leaderboard names are not verified for identity or authenticity. We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries at any time, including names we determine to be inappropriate, offensive, or vulgar.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect stored leaderboard data. However, no electronic storage system is completely secure. Leaderboard data may be modified, reset, or deleted as part of normal operation of the App.

The App may be distributed through platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. These platforms may collect information according to their own privacy policies. MTS Apps LLC does not control how these platforms collect or use data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
