These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BlockMaster mobile application (the “App”), operated by MTS Apps LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, or using the App through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or any other authorized platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
BlockMaster is a mobile puzzle game in which players select a block that matches a central block as quickly as possible.
The App includes a time trial mode. Players who achieve one of the top ten fastest times may submit a name to appear on the leaderboard.
The leaderboard displays:
• Player name (user-submitted)
• Score or completion time
The leaderboard is intended for entertainment purposes only.
Leaderboard rankings may be reset, modified, or removed at any time at the sole discretion of MTS Apps LLC.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Leaderboard Submissions
Players who achieve a top score may submit a name for display on the leaderboard.
By submitting a name, you agree that:
• The name may be publicly displayed on the leaderboard
• The name must not contain offensive, abusive, illegal, or defamatory content
• The name must not impersonate another person or organization
Users should not submit personal information when entering a leaderboard name.
Leaderboard names are not verified for identity or authenticity.
We reserve the right to remove, modify, or delete leaderboard entries at any time and for any reason, including names we determine to be inappropriate.
Repeated misuse may result in restriction of access to the App.
4. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google advertising services such as Google AdSense or Google AdMob.
These advertising partners may use technologies such as:
• device identifiers
• cookies
• advertising IDs
• similar tracking technologies
to deliver advertisements and measure advertising performance.
MTS Apps LLC does not control the content of advertisements and is not responsible for products or services offered by advertisers.
Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

5. Data Collection
BlockMaster collects minimal information necessary to operate the leaderboard.
The only information stored by the App itself is:
• The name submitted for the leaderboard
• The associated game score or completion time
Additional information may be collected by third-party advertising services as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Attempt to manipulate or falsify leaderboard scores
• Use automated tools, bots, or exploits
• Attempt to interfere with the functionality or security of the App
• Reverse engineer or copy the App or its software
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
We may suspend or restrict access to users who violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content and functionality within the App, including:
• Game mechanics
• Graphics and design
• Software and source code
• Text and branding
are owned by MTS Apps LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the App without written permission.
8. App Store Terms
The App may be distributed through platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
These platforms may have their own terms that apply to your download and use of the App.
MTS Apps LLC is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not responsible for the App or its operation.
9. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees regarding:
• Continuous availability of the App
• Accuracy or permanence of leaderboard scores
• Error-free operation of the game
Leaderboard scores and rankings may be reset, removed, or adjusted without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the App at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MTS Apps LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including interruptions, loss of leaderboard data, or inability to access the App.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
