MTS Apps LLC (“MTS Apps,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use any mobile application, game, website, or related service published or operated by MTS Apps LLC that links to this Privacy Policy.
These products are referred to collectively as the “Services.” The Services include, without limitation, MTS Apps LLC’s games, puzzle apps, educational apps, productivity apps, wardrobe and outfit-management apps, websites, and any future applications that link to this Privacy Policy.
Not every Service collects or uses every category of information described below. The information collected depends on the Service, the features you use, your device permissions, your location, and the settings you select.
By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
Depending on the Service, you may provide:
- Your name, username, display name, initials, or leaderboard name.
- Your email address and other account information.
- Authentication information when you create an account or sign in through Apple, Google, or another authentication provider.
- Profile information and preferences.
- Game scores, achievements, progress, streaks, level history, and leaderboard submissions.
- Clothing photographs, outfit images, item names, categories, tags, notes, usage history, and other wardrobe information.
- Photographs, audio recordings, text, documents, comments, or other content you upload or create.
- Responses to surveys, forms, promotions, or support requests.
- Communications you send to us, including emails, feedback, bug reports, and customer-support messages.
- Information submitted when requesting account deletion, data access, correction, or another privacy right.
- Any other information you voluntarily provide through a Service.
Please do not submit highly sensitive information unless a particular feature expressly requests it and explains why it is needed.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
- Internet Protocol address.
- Device type, device model, manufacturer, operating system, browser type, language, and time-zone settings.
- App version, installation source, device settings, and general device configuration.
- Mobile advertising identifiers or similar identifiers, where permitted.
- App instance identifiers, account identifiers, and authentication tokens.
- Approximate location derived from your IP address or device settings.
- Dates and times of access.
- Screens viewed, buttons selected, features used, session duration, game activity, levels attempted, scores, purchases, and other interactions.
- Crash reports, diagnostic logs, performance information, and error information.
- Ad impressions, ad interactions, attribution information, and whether an advertisement was completed or rewarded.
- Security and fraud-prevention information.
We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location unless a specific feature requests location permission and clearly explains the collection at or before the time permission is requested.
C. Device Permissions
A Service may request access to certain device features, depending on its functionality, including:
- Camera: To photograph clothing, documents, objects, profile images, or other user-selected content.
- Photo library or media storage: To upload, save, edit, or process images and other media.
- Microphone: To record pronunciation, audio, voice input, or other user-requested recordings.
- Notifications: To provide reminders, streak notifications, app updates, or other alerts.
- Local storage: To save preferences, progress, downloaded content, or app data on your device.
- Tracking permission: To allow advertising or measurement practices that require permission under the applicable platform rules.
- Other permissions: When reasonably necessary for a feature that you choose to use.
You can manage device permissions through your device settings. Disabling a permission may prevent some features from functioning.
D. Purchases and Subscription Information
Purchases, subscriptions, and in-app purchases are generally processed by Apple, Google, or another app marketplace. We normally do not receive your complete payment-card information.
We may receive limited transaction information, such as:
- Product purchased.
- Subscription status.
- Purchase date.
- Transaction or receipt identifier.
- Country or storefront.
- Whether a purchase was restored, renewed, canceled, or refunded.
The applicable app store’s privacy policy and payment terms govern its processing of payment information.
E. Information From Third Parties
We may receive information from:
- Apple, Google, or other app stores.
- Authentication providers.
- Advertising, attribution, analytics, and fraud-prevention providers.
- Cloud-hosting, database, and storage providers.
- Customer-support providers.
- Other users who interact with public or shared features.
- Business partners involved in operating a particular Service.
- Publicly available sources, where permitted by law.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Create and manage accounts.
- Authenticate users and maintain account security.
- Save game progress, preferences, outfits, uploaded content, and other user data.
- Operate leaderboards, achievements, streaks, daily challenges, and other game features.
- Process images, remove or replace image backgrounds, categorize content, or provide other requested editing features.
- Provide educational, personalization, recommendation, or artificial-intelligence-assisted features.
- Process, verify, restore, and administer purchases and subscriptions.
- Display advertisements and measure advertising performance.
- Provide rewarded advertisements and confirm completion.
- Analyze usage, identify popular features, and improve user experience.
- Diagnose crashes, errors, and performance issues.
- Prevent cheating, abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
- Communicate with you about support requests, updates, security matters, purchases, policy changes, or administrative issues.
- Enforce our Terms of Service and other policies.
- Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
- Protect the rights, safety, and property of MTS Apps, our users, and others.
- Conduct internal business operations, audits, reporting, and product development.
- Complete a merger, financing, acquisition, sale, restructuring, or similar business transaction.
- Carry out another purpose disclosed to you when information is collected.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal basis, we may process personal information because:
- Processing is necessary to provide a Service or perform a contract with you.
- Processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, such as improving the Services, maintaining security, preventing fraud, and understanding product usage.
- You have given consent, such as for certain advertising, permissions, or optional features.
- Processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
- Processing is necessary to protect vital interests or the rights and safety of a person.
- Another lawful basis is available under applicable law.
Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
4. How We Disclose Information

A. Service Providers
We may provide information to companies that perform services for us, including providers of:
- Cloud hosting, databases, file storage, and authentication.
- Analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting.

- Image processing, content processing, and artificial-intelligence services.

Depending on the Service and platform, providers may include Google, Firebase, Google AdMob, Apple, Google Play, and other vendors identified through the applicable Service or app-store listing.
B. Public and Shared Features
Information you submit to a public or shared feature may be visible to other users. This may include:
- Leaderboard names, rankings, and scores.
- Public profile information.
- Shared outfits, photographs, comments, tags, or other user content.
- Community submissions or publicly shared collections.
Do not post information you do not want others to see. Public information may be copied, saved, or redistributed by other people outside our control.
C. Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other legal process.
- Respond to a lawful request from a governmental authority.
- Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations of our agreements.
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of MTS Apps, our users, or others.
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
D. Business Transactions
Information may be disclosed or transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction. Any successor may continue to process information subject to this Privacy Policy unless users are notified otherwise.

We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, consent to the disclosure, or intentionally use a feature designed to share information.
F. Aggregated or Deidentified Information
We may use and disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. We will not attempt to reidentify information that has been deidentified except as permitted by law.
5. Advertising and Tracking Technologies
Some Services display banner, interstitial, native, or rewarded advertisements.
Advertising providers may collect or receive information such as:
- Advertising identifiers.
- IP address and approximate location.
- Device and operating-system information.
- App activity and ad interactions.
- Information used to prevent fraud and measure ad performance.
Depending on your location, consent, age, device settings, and the Service, advertisements may be personalized, non-personalized, contextual, or limited.
You may be able to manage advertising choices through:
- A consent or privacy-options screen in the Service.
- Your device’s privacy or advertising settings.
- Apple’s App Tracking Transparency controls.
- Google advertising settings.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. However, certain disclosures involving advertising, analytics, or cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under some privacy laws.

6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Processing

Content submitted to these features may be transmitted to a service provider for processing. We will use submitted content for the requested feature, Service operation, security, quality control, and improvement as described at the time of collection and in this Privacy Policy.
Automated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You should review outputs before relying on them.
Unless we clearly notify you otherwise and obtain any required permission, we do not use private user content to train a publicly available general-purpose artificial-intelligence model.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the Services.
- Maintain your account and content.
- Complete transactions.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and reporting requirements.

Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the reason it was collected.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or aggregate it. Information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, fraud-prevention systems, or records retained to satisfy legal obligations.
Deleting an app from your device does not automatically delete information stored in an account or on our servers.

Account Deletion
Where a Service permits account creation, you may request deletion:

We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Marketing Communications
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails through the unsubscribe mechanism included in the message. You may still receive transactional, security, purchase, support, or policy-related communications.
Push Notifications
You can disable push notifications through your device settings.
9. United States State Privacy Disclosures
This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for residents of states with applicable comprehensive privacy laws.
During the preceding twelve months, depending on the Service used, we may have collected the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers: Name, username, email address, IP address, account identifier, advertising identifier, and device identifier.
- Customer-record information: Account details, transaction records, and support communications.
- Commercial information: Purchases, subscriptions, product interactions, and transaction history.
- Internet or electronic activity: App usage, browsing activity within the Services, gameplay, ad interactions, diagnostics, and crash information.
- Approximate geolocation: General location inferred from IP address or device settings.

We collect these categories from users, devices, app stores, service providers, and authentication providers. We use and disclose them for the purposes described in Sections 2 and 4.
We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. Certain advertising-related disclosures may qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of users under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising without legally required authorization.

MTS Apps LLC is based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries, which may have data-protection laws different from those in your location.
Where required, we use legally recognized safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, consent, or other lawful mechanisms.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may contain advertisements, links, integrations, sign-in options, app-store services, or other features operated by third parties.
This Privacy Policy does not govern third parties’ independent privacy practices. Review the privacy policies of Apple, Google, advertising providers, authentication providers, and any other third-party service you use.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our Services, data practices, technologies, legal obligations, or business operations.
We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
Your continued use of the Services after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective signifies acknowledgment of the revised policy, to the extent permitted by law.
