These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SUDU mobile application (the “App”), operated by MTS Apps LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or another authorized platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
SUDU is a mobile math puzzle game in which players solve arithmetic equations and complete puzzle boards within a specified amount of time.

The leaderboard is provided for entertainment purposes only. Leaderboard rankings and entries may be reset, modified, corrected, or removed at any time at the sole discretion of MTS Apps LLC.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Players may submit a name, username, nickname, or initials for display on the leaderboard. If no name is entered, the App may display a default name, such as “ANON.”
By submitting a leaderboard name, you agree that:
You should not submit your full legal name, email address, phone number, home address, account password, financial information, or other sensitive personal information as a leaderboard name.
Leaderboard names are not verified for identity or authenticity. We reserve the right to remove, modify, hide, or delete any leaderboard entry at any time and for any reason, including entries that we determine are inappropriate, fraudulent, misleading, or disruptive.
Repeated misuse of the leaderboard or other App features may result in restriction or termination of access to some or all portions of the App.
The App generates and evaluates mathematical equations according to its internal game systems.
You acknowledge that:
We may modify game rules, scoring, timing, difficulty, puzzle generation, progression requirements, power-ups, and other gameplay features at any time without prior notice.
The App may provide power-ups or other in-game features, including features that pause a timer, solve part of a puzzle, or otherwise assist with gameplay.
Power-ups have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or property, and are provided only for use within the App. We may add, remove, modify, reset, or limit power-ups and other in-game features at any time.
The App may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, such as Google AdMob.
Advertising providers may use technologies such as:
These technologies may be used to deliver advertisements, limit repeated advertisements, prevent fraud, and measure advertising performance.
MTS Apps LLC does not control the content of third-party advertisements and is not responsible for any products, services, statements, websites, or content offered by advertisers. Any interaction between you and an advertiser is solely between you and that advertiser.
The App may offer an optional one-time in-app purchase that removes some or all advertisements.
Refund eligibility and billing disputes are governed by the policies of the platform through which the purchase was made. For billing or refund questions, contact Apple or Google, as applicable.
The App collects and stores limited information necessary to operate its features, including the leaderboard.

We may restrict or terminate access to the App or remove leaderboard entries when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
The App and its content and functionality, including but not limited to the following, are owned by or licensed to MTS Apps LLC:
These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the App without prior written permission from MTS Apps LLC.
The App may be distributed through platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
MTS Apps LLC, and not Apple Inc. or Google LLC, is responsible for the App and its content, subject to applicable platform requirements.
Apple and Google are not responsible for operating, maintaining, or supporting the App except as required by their own policies or applicable law.
We may release updates that change the App’s functionality, compatibility, design, game rules, advertising, purchases, or other features.
Certain updates may be required to continue using the App. We do not guarantee that the App will remain compatible with every device, operating system, or software version.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict the App or any feature of the App at any time, with or without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not guarantee:
The App is intended for entertainment and general educational practice. It is not a substitute for professional teaching, tutoring, educational assessment, or academic instruction.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MTS Apps LLC and its members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes, without limitation, damages arising from interruptions, errors, loss of leaderboard information, loss of progress, inaccurate scores, third-party advertisements, purchases, device issues, or inability to access the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations in these Terms will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless MTS Apps LLC and its members, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App, your leaderboard submissions, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms periodically. When these Terms are updated, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the App’s Privacy Policy and any applicable platform terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and MTS Apps LLC concerning your use of the App.
